2025 SEASON SPONSORSHIPS
RiversEdge is approaching it’s 14th year serving the city of Hamilton as it’s premier music and cultural hub. RiversEdge brings a diverse range of music from tribute acts to original music from local artists and some of the biggest emerging artists in the industry.
We are growing bigger and better! We look forward to another amazing season with a revamped amphitheater! The new roof is three times the size of the previous one which will mitigate postponed or canceled shows due to bad weather. Our video wall will be unobstructed with an elevated edge to edge display above the bands in clear view of the audience. Our increased footprint will allow for larger and higher level productions. These are just a few of the positive impacts we have planned for the future of RiversEdge programming.
RiversEdge would not have it’s esteemed reputation as Butler counties best outdoor music venue without the support of our sponsors. The RiversEdge Concert Series is a designated non-profit fund established at the Hamilton Community Foundation in 2012. From the outset, our purpose has been simple: “build community with live music experiences”. We hope to have your partnership as we move into this next chapter of the RiversEdge story.
PRESENTING SPONSOR: Concerts will be promoted as “(SHOW TITLE) presented by (SPONSOR NAME)”.
BRANDED STAGE BANNERS: Two (2) vertical branded banners placed on each side of the stage for sponsored show(s). The banner size will be around 6’ x 20’.
BRANDED GUARD RAIL BANNER: One (1) branded banner displayed on the guard rail in front of the stage during ALL concerts. Most prominent placement (center) during the sponsored shows.
WEBSITE BRAND PLACEMENT: Sponsor logo displayed next to each sponsored show on RiversEdge website list of shows.
MUSIC VIDEO PRESENTING SPONSOR: “Presenting Sponsor Logo” corner placement on an episode of the RiversEdge Downstream music video series. One episode will be broadcast on the video wall during intermission of sponsored shows.
VIDEO AD PLACEMENT: (30-seconds max) displayed on on-stage high definition video wall prior to start of show and during intermission at sponsored shows. Video displayed minimum of four (4) times during each sponsored show. Sponsor provides video content.
BRANDED PROMO MATERIAL:Most prominent logo placement and size on promotional posters, t-shirts, RiversEdge website, and logo appearances on video screen (before shows & during intermission).
EXPERIENTIAL MARKETING OPPORTUNITY:Option to set up a booth/tent in designated area at top of the amphitheater bowl during sponsored shows(s). This gives your business an opportunity to interact with our audience and give them a positive in-person experience with your brand.
SPONSORED SHOW ADMISSION: Ten (10) VIP tickets for each sponsored show. Six (6) general admission tickets to David Shaw’s Big River Get Down. Exclusive Pre-Sale Access to purchase up to two (2) VIP tickets for Whimmydiddle and Big River Get Down.
CONTRIBUTIONS
One (1) concert = $5,000
Two (2) concerts = $6,500
Three (3) concerts = $8,000

EXPERIENTIAL MARKETING OPPORTUNITY WITH CUSOM BOOTH: Custom branded 10x10 pop-up tent ($2,000 value) set up in a predetermined location around the top of the amphitheater bowl during all free admission concerts at RiversEdge. This gives your business an opportunity to interact with our audience and give them a positive in-person experience with your brand. Sponsor retains ownership of tent at the end of the season. RiversEdge staff sets up / removes tent for every show. RiversEdge will coordinate tent design with sponsor and order tent.

BRANDED PROMO MATERIAL: 2nd most prominent logo placement and size on promotional posters, T-Shirts, RiversEdge Website, and Logo Appearances on video screen (before shows & during intermission).
SPONSORED SHOW ADMISSION: Six (6) general admission tickets to David Shaw’s Big River Get Down. Twenty-four (24) total VIP tickets valid for FREE general admission concerts of sponsor’s choice (limit 2 for Jared’s Jam & Whimmydiddle) - $720 value
Exclusive Pre-Sale Access to purchase up to two (2) VIP tickets for Whimmydiddle and Big River Get Down.
CONTRIBUTIONS (Applies to all events that are a part of the free concert music series)
