RiversEdge produces different types of programming for the community of Hamilton, OH. The bulk of our programming revolves around the RiversEdge Amphitheater, located in Marcum Park at 116 Dayton St. Hamilton, OH 45011.

RiversEdge Free Concert Series

RiversEdge hosts free concerts about once a week from late May to late September at the RiversEdge Amphitheater. Our Free Concert Series schedule will be announced by early March. These concerts are free to the public. These events range in size of attendance from week to week. Our events attract an average of about 1,000 attendees and up to 3,000+. The RiversEdge amphitheater is an outdoor venue, so weather plays a heavy factor in gaging attendance. Our music programming is diverse to accommodate options for all demographics and markets. Some shows are tribute bands and others are original music. All Free Concert Series events will require a vendor fee.

  • 10'x10' is $55.

  • 10'x20' is $110.

RiversEdge Ticketed Events

RiversEdge produces special events throughout the year with larger internationally touring acts that draw larger crowds which are ticketed and not free to the public. Examples of these types of events are Big River Get Down, Whimmydiddle, and one-off performances by larger touring bands. All ticketed events will require a vendor fee.

  • 10'x10' is $85

  • 10'x20' is $170

RiversEdge Special Events

These are smaller events that add value to the community through alternative programming such as Movies in the Park, May the Fourth Be With You Star Wars Day, and more. These events typically have a smaller cap on vendor availability. All special events will require a vendor fee.

  • 10'x10' is $25.

  • 10'x20' is $50.

Arts & Crafts only:

We are seeking vendors who offer creative goods and services related to the arts, such as woodworking, fashion, pottery, visual art, glasswork, photo booths with props, and more. The mission of our Arts and Crafts Vendor spaces is to support businesses and artists within the creative industry. These vendors will enhance the imaginative experience of our events by contributing their unique offerings.

Weather & safety:
During inclement weather, vendors are responsible for their own gear and safety. Please monitor weather forecasts and take proactive, responsible steps to protect yourself and your business. RiversEdge is not liable for any damage to you, your equipment, or any items you bring to the event. Ensure that your booth is properly weighted for safety. The Program Director will inspect all vendor setups for safety. If your canopy is not adequately weighed down to withstand wind, you will be asked to take it down.

Utilities:

Power utilities are available on-site, but all vendors are responsible for providing their own power connections and extension cords. Please be prepared to reach a power source up to 100 feet away if needed. Vendors are encouraged to bring their own power sources and utilities whenever possible.

Location and presentation:
RiversEdge is dedicated to creating a memorable experience for our attendees, and this goes beyond what’s on stage. We are seeking vendors who put extra effort into their presentation and aesthetics to help enhance the event atmosphere. Your booth will be located along a walkway at the top of the amphitheater bowl, facing both the amphitheater and the crowd. Your exact spot will be assigned by the Program Director. We require all vendors to maintain orderly conduct and cleanliness throughout the event.

Team work makes the dream work:

We rely on the self-sufficiency of all participants. We ask that you work collaboratively with other vendors, helping to make space where needed and troubleshooting any issues that arise. You will be provided with contact information for our Program Director, who can assist with emergencies, placement concerns, and other discrepancies. Please note that the Program Director will not be present throughout the entire event. Vendors who do not demonstrate a team-oriented attitude will not be invited back to future events.

Scheduling and payment:

Our programming schedule will be announced by early March. Once your application is approved, the Program Director will reach out to discuss event scheduling and collect your vendor fee payment based on the events you’ll be attending. Spots are limited, and we will do our best to accommodate all applicants. Vendors must be fully set up at least 30 minutes before the event begins. Tear down can begin 30 minutes before the event ends, but no earlier, unless approved by the Program Director.

No alcohol or food sales:

We are seeking arts and crafts vendors who bring imaginative products and services to our events, helping to ignite the creative spirit in our attendees. Please note that arts and crafts vendors are prohibited from selling food and beverages at all RiversEdge Events.

Signage:

You may not have signage outside of your designated booth space. Flag signs are prohibited. RiversEdge reserves the right to remove signage.
